At America Home Health Care Inc., we specialize in Personal Care Assistance (PCA/CFSS) and both Basic and Intensive 245D Waivered Services, designed to support individuals living with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or age-related conditions.
Located in Columbia Heights, MN, we are committed to providing culturally responsive, person-centered care that empowers our clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity—at home and in the community.
Who We Serve
