Personal Care Assistance (PCA/CFSS)

Helping individuals with daily living activities such as:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming

  • Eating and mobility support

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and meal prep

  • Behavior redirection and support

We offer both Traditional PCA/CFSS and PCA/CFSS Choice models, allowing families to choose their caregivers.

We provide both Basic and Intensive 245D Services through Minnesota’s HCBS waiver programs (CADI, BI, DD, EW), including:
